I have been interested in interior design and landscaping since I was a child. Before coming up with a business, I decorated and designed lands and homes for myself and for my friends as soon as I started in Second Life. It has now been almost 10 years. After a while I started creating homes and lands for other people, and Saskia Sass Designs was officially born.

All products used in all projects are owned by Saskia Sass Designs.

We prefer if you didn't, since it might affect the outcome of the design. You are allowed to rez down some special and key feature pieces you would like us to use in the design. Everything else will be done using items owned by us. Using your own furniture will complicate the experience, so please pick them out carefully.

Saskia Sass Designs will not give out edit rights to everyone or for free to protect the clients and businesses in Second Life. Unfortunately there has been cases of edit right abuse. If you want edit rights for a lifetime, you will be charged L$5,000. If you abuse your rights, they will be revoked without a refund.

Sometimes we aren't able to log in Second Life. If you know you cannot log in, please let us know and we will figure it out together. You can pay the remaining fee beforehand or we can discuss another date when the payment should occur. A folder can be made in our inventory with your name on it, so if something was to return, Saskia Sass Designs can save it and rez it back down. Note that this applies only if you inform us that you will be away. In other cases Saskia Sass Design will follow the rules set in application agreement. If we are not aware you will be gone, your returned project might get deleted from our inventory and cannot be restored.

Please let us know in advance if you are planning on moving. 50% of the payment is charged if there are no changes to the original design. If there are changes to be made, original fee will be charged.

We do not provide refunds from the payments already made, unless Saskia Sass Designs is unable to complete the project due to irl priorities. Please respect the no refund policy and make sure you are able to pay and go through the project and will not change your mind mid-project. Being indecisive costs time and money.

Perfection is not made in one night! Please be patient and give us time to complete your order. Please do not rush us! Every order takes a different time. Expect at least 2 weeks to finish your project, and even more for bigger projects. We will do the very best to finish the project in fair time and with the best results as possible.
